it took me 3 times reading this post to realized that (wild) meant living in the wild and wasn’t just a casual remark on the longevity of these organisms
Bodies aren’t meant to stay the same. We are supposed to grow and change. We shouldn’t be making people in their 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, etc feel like they need to strive for the bodies they had in their teens and 20’s. Or making people feel like they “need to get their bodies back” after they have had children. These mindsets aren’t healthy and change is inevitable.
tbh the thing that disgusts me the most about the force facetime visions is the fact that the whole “force them into intimacy” would have never happened if rey was a man. like. imagine anakin on a date with padme and suddenly half-naked palpatine just shows up “how ya doing my boy”. he pretends to bite the floating pear. or shirtless disfigured vader is there to watch leia kiss luke which actually wouldn’t be such a bad idea please stop them from doing it
